Order
You can order Ærø Jazz Festival products (Wristbands and Tickets) directly from the webshop. All prices quoted are in Danish kroner including VAT and taxes.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. The payment is charged to your card when the item is ordered and the payment is completed in the payment module.
Delivery
We do NOT deliver bracelets by mail or shipping. Wristbands MUST be picked up at the festival site during the festival. Tickets purchased for concerts at Andelen will be sent immediately via email. Access to events at Andel can only be done upon presentation of a valid ticket.
Reservations
Reservations are made for printing and typing errors, as well as for expired and sold out items.
Security
Ærø Jazz Festival does not store your credit card information. All card transactions are carried out via ePay’s payment gateway. You can read more about security on ePay’s website. All Dankort/credit card information and personal information such as name and address are sent encrypted over the internet. If you notice unauthorized withdrawals on your card, please do the following: Contact your financial institution or card issuer and report the unauthorized withdrawal. If your bank or card issuer determines that the unauthorized withdrawal is due to misuse of Dankort/credit card information that has been revealed while you shopped at Ærø Jazz Festival and imposes a deductible on you, you must contact us immediately.
Information about the possibilities of appeal
A complaint about a product or service purchased from Ærø Jazz Festival can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The European Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are filed here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days of unconditional right of withdrawal and return. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you have placed your order. Exceptions to this are bookings where the festival itself, or tickets for it, begin within 14 days. This means that the purchase of tickets and wristbands can be cancelled until 16.07.2025 at the latest. Unfortunately, cancellations after this date will not be returned.
